We are currently a cheerful team in the kitchen at the newly opened Bon Bon looking for a new colleague. We are looking for someone to take on the role of responsible for our lunches.

Bon Bon is inspired by the brasserie’s open and generous way of being, but above all, it is created for life here in Linköping. It is a place where you can book a business lunch in the middle of the week, meet friends over a glass of wine after work, or stay for a dinner that takes the time it needs.

About the position

As the lunch chef, you will have overall responsibility for our lunch service. You will plan the week’s and day’s menus together with our head chef, lead the daily work in the kitchen, and ensure that every guest receives a flavorful and well-composed meal. The role involves both operational work and responsibility for structure, quality, and efficiency. Working hours are from 07:00 - 16:00, but you may also be asked to step in as needed for evening or weekend work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a chef
• Is self-sufficient, organized, and solution-oriented
• Has good collaboration skills and can lead others in the kitchen
• Is passionate about cooking and quality ingredients
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen routines
• Experience in kitchen economics is a plus

Your tasks:

• Plan and compose lunch menus together with the head chef
• Be responsible for the preparation and planning of lunch
• Lead and distribute work in the kitchen during lunch service
• Ensure quality, taste, and efficient workflow
